Bruce D. Neviaser

Mr. Neviaser has nearly 40 years of experience in hotel and commercial real estate and hospitality management, development, and acquisition. He was co-founder and Chairman of The Great Lakes Companies, which developed over 1,100 senior housing units, 14 franchised hotels and which founded and developed the Great Wolf Lodge family resort brand. After Great Wolf Resorts completed a successful IPO with a portfolio of 7 Great Wolf Lodge resorts, Mr. Neviaser served as Chairman of the Board of WOLF and also founded Continuum Investment Partners L.P., an angel investment firm specializing in early stage investments in biotech, software, and internet related businesses. In addition to the various corporate Boards that he sits on, Bruce serves on the Advisory Board for the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and the Advisory Board of the Paul Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center and is an Emeritus member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the UW School of Business.

Mr. Stark has more than 40 years of hospitality experience and has earned distinction for managing top performing and award-winning facilities throughout the country. He was one of the original founding partners, President, and Chief Operating Officer for The Great Lakes Companies, where he helped build the Great Wolf Lodge brand. After leading Great Wolf Resorts through a successful IPO, Mr. Stark left Great Wolf Resorts in 2005 to co-found S&L Hospitality, which owns and manages franchised hotels and has provided third-party management and consulting work for waterpark resorts. Over his career, Mr. Stark’s hospitality management has resulted in measurably superior performing properties and he has garnered recognition and awards from virtually every hotel franchisor. Mr. Stark has a BS Degree in Home Economics with a concentration in Hotel & Restaurant Management from UW - Stout.

Jeffery Lococo

Mr. Lococo brings 30+ years of experience in management and development of resorts, theme parks, and entertainment destinations. Jeff was General Manager of Great Wolf Lodge, Sandusky, Ohio, and promoted to Corporate Vice President of Operations and Marketing for Great Wolf Resorts. He was instrumental, as part of the corporate team, in the building of the Great Wolf Resorts portfolio and brand to eventually result in the successful IPO in late 2004. Prior to joining Imagine Resorts, Jeff was the owner and operator of The Lococo Company, an industry leading resort and entertainment consulting firm that specialized in product development, branding, management and marketing. The Lococo Company played a key consultant role in the rollout and management of Wilderness at the Smokies, Sevierville, TN, Jay Peak Resort, Tram Haus and Hotel Jay Indoor Waterpark, in Jay, Vermont and most recently Camelback Lodge and Aquatopia indoor waterpark in Tannersville, PA. Also, Jeff served as Regional Vice President of Development for Six Flags Ohio and as General Manager of two Ohio Six Flags, Inc. theme parks. Jeff began his career in Chicago, with Marriott corporation. Jeff has a BS degree in Business from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and serves on the Board of Directors for Parks America.

Deena has 22+ years of experience in financial leadership, executive management and all facets of business development, providing leadership, initiative and direction. Prior to Imagine Resorts and Hotels, Deena served as Sr VP of Finance and Development for the international amusement park and hotel company, Katmandu Group, drafting the strategic direction for planning, implementing and controlling all financial and development activities for the organization. As President & CEO of OmniMetrix, an Acorn Energy Company, Deena was responsible for the financial growth and stability of the manufacturing/ distribution company and all SEC filings and functions, reporting directly to the holding company’s CEO and board. Deena’s excels in multiple facets of “C” level projects including: profitability studies, management growth strategies, departmental redesigns, process-based business structures and corporate positioning for merger or acquisition. With broad experience in identifying mission-critical objectives, Deena is proficient in organizational planning and budget controls. Deena graduated from North Georgia College and University with a Bachelor’s degree in Math and a minor in Accounting.
