Mr. Neviaser has nearly 40 years of experience in hotel and commercial real estate and hospitality management, development, and acquisition. He was co-founder and Chairman of The Great Lakes Companies, which developed over 1,100 senior housing units, 14 franchised hotels and which founded and developed the Great Wolf Lodge family resort brand. After Great Wolf Resorts completed a successful IPO with a portfolio of 7 Great Wolf Lodge resorts, Mr. Neviaser served as Chairman of the Board of WOLF and also founded Continuum Investment Partners L.P., an angel investment firm specializing in early stage investments in biotech, software, and internet related businesses. In addition to the various corporate Boards that he sits on, Bruce serves on the Advisory Board for the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and the Advisory Board of the Paul Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center and is an Emeritus member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the UW School of Business.

He was one of the original founding partners, President, and Chief Operating Officer for The Great Lakes Companies, where he helped build the Great Wolf Lodge brand. After leading Great Wolf Resorts through a successful IPO, Mr. Stark left Great Wolf Resorts in 2005 to co-found S&L Hospitality, which owns and manages franchised hotels and has provided third-party management and consulting work for waterpark resorts. Over his career, Mr. Stark’s hospitality management has resulted in measurably superior performing properties and he has garnered recognition and awards from virtually every hotel franchisor. Mr. Stark has a BS Degree in Home Economics with a concentration in Hotel & Restaurant Management from UW - Stout.
